Prospector Square - Unit #602 2255 Sidewinder Dr.
We purchased Unit #602 in May, 2007 and performed a full remodel in June, 2007. The remodel included new carpet & paint throughout, a new tile floor in the bathroom, and new bamboo flooring in the entry and kitchen areas. All the furniture and lighting were replaced, new kitchen cabinets and countertop with tile backsplash were installed, and new appliances (TV / DVD Combo, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffeemaker) as well as a brand new air conditioner were added.
The décor is updated and modern but not trendy. This unit is on the ground floor and faces west towards Park City Mountain Resort and receives ample afternoon sun. The tennis courts are directly across the balcony, and an entrance to the “Rail Trail” (a biking / running / walking path through Park City) is just next to the building.
Free Wi-Fi broadband access is available as are a computer and printer in the conference center lobby. Concierge service is also available as is a free off-street parking pass; issued upon check-in.
